    DP C354 User restrictions?

Apparently we have a customer who is purchasing a new Kyocera Color copier and wants their employees to use the C354 only for B&W copies and prints (do to the higher costs of using color with the Panasonic I assume.) Is there a way to do this on these machines? I figure there should be but I've never had to make one only copy/print in B&W before. I'm still looking around in the settings but would appreciate any advice.

    Thanks in advance!

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

    ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/Pub/panasoni...s_UserAuth.pdf

Off the top of my head, service mode F5-42 turns it on and F5-65 turns on codes for print.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

Yep, I found that this is the best way to restrict color usage. I turned on the departmental counters and set the count for color copies/prints to 0 so it won't allow any to be made.

      Thanks for the help!
