dp-8020 bypass misfeed

    dp-8020 bypass misfeed

    Bypass starts feeding paper only the half of it and then stops without an error or noise.
    I've changed feed roller (before this the paper didnt move at all)
    i plan to change torque limiter , separation roller, and spring but i suspect there is a motor problem.
    Any suggestions?

          Are you saying there is no change in the sceen? No J code of any kind? Run the F9 machine info and see if it logged a jam. Then let us know.

              There's a solenoid that engages the bypass feed pulley. I would check to see if that's working properly. (L9AAABFB0001)
