    DP-C405

    Hey guys!

My tech and I are at our wits end. We have a DP-C405 that is doing some crazy printing. We can't duplicate it in copying. I've attached what's coming out. Haven't replaced anything yet in the machine, figured I'd come here first. Has anyone seen this before?

Sorry, have not seen this one. Just to be sure, it only does this in print mode. Copies come out fine.

Run some test patterns. Service mode F1. Run 32 Yellow, 33 Magenta, 34 Cyan, and 35 Black. See if it does it on these. Let us know.

Don't know. I just now saw it. I look every day. If someone responds with the same thing I would have said, I usually don't respond. So, not sure. Let us know how those test patterns come out.

The site got hacked. I had posted and it is now gone.
F9 service mode, print out the SC board checklist. It will take a few minutes to print as it will check all the chip and memory on the SC board. If any of the parameters read "NG", the chip or SC board is bad. I have seen the ISIS come back "NG" and generate prints similar to what you posted.
