    panasonic dp 1510 white patches

yesterday i finished the service (maintenance kit 120k) on a panasonic 1510 and when i make copies or print from pc i see white patches on a particular area of the paper always at the same spot.
I have changed mag roller, catchers,Assembly, Cleaning Blade, and of course drum , blade etc
Finally i tested another process unit and the same problem.
    Any suggestions?

Hi If I remember correctly it is to do with the earthing or ht to the dev unit. Remove sliver plates on the rear of dev unit give them a good clean with an abrasive pad.
              Good luck

If it were me, I would stop the machine, as best I could, so that the area of print in question is where you can see it on the drum. That way you can see if it is developed on the drum or if its a transfer unit issue. Then go from there. I cannot say I have seen this before.

Copiman i can see it on the drum , when i stop the machine i see an area on the drum with characters not bold like the rest of the surface. Still remind you that i've changed drum , mag roller etc. Tommorow i 'll test another lsu ,,, what else?

                  and will clean
                  sliver plates as gordie suggested

Was it doing it prior to installing maintenance kit the other day?

It could be a bias issue like it changing before it should. The top part seems ok and then it fades towards the trail edge, right? You should have somewhere around -430Vdc for bias measured on the front of the developer unit. Did you change developer? If not how many copies on developer?

If you have another laser unit you could use, I would try that. Also ensure you have a good drum ground. Have not seen drum ground issues, but would not rule it out.
