FP-D250 (pitney bowes d250)

hi does is anyone here familiar with these series of machines? i seem to have a machine that simply reads pitney bowes on the display and the machine wont go any further, no start up revolution, it wont go to the next step where it displays wait, it also doesnt show any error codes, seems like a software problem, how can i fix this? thanks in advance

sounds like it's not boting up.. have had that before on the panasonic family of that model. have had luck with removing and reseating the boot rom and riser card. basically, clean and reseat all boards on rear of copier. I have had this not work before, but it's worth a shot.

hi just a tech, tried reseating the boot rom and all the connectors , still doesnt work , there are batteries on the board, it seems that these are older machines, could this be causing the problem?,
this specific machine have two hard drives and a printer connector, tried isolating them still doesnt work, any other suggestions? thanks

this is cuased by the main board it needs to be replaced
