    [Misc] Panasonic DP8016

    hello l have this problems in Panasonic DP 8016....l informed you ..l change the drum and blade cleaner ..also l clean all parts of this machine......always this black line appeared there in same place ..please help ...DSCI0002.JPG

      Does your problem occur on internal prints, or only when copying, if only when copying, then does it occur off the glass or through the ADF?

          this machine not have the ADF ....all parts is good ..new Drum ..new blade cleaner ..new fusion roller ...please help ..

              It looks like what we call smoke line. Hard to tell from the picture. If so, its the charge corona wire. Try changing the corona wire. Is the line developed on the drum? Stop the machine when the paper is over the drum and see. If nits not on the drum then its not the wire. Then stop the copier when the paper gets to the fuser and see if that is where its coming from. Let us know.

                  well l said you l change the fusion roller by another new ...otherl change the wire of corona ....and l more clean of charge roller ...but any news ..please help ...

                          Sorry zaza, missed the fusion roller. We need to know the following in order to help.

                          Is the line developed on the drum? Stop the machine when the paper is over the drum and see. If nits not on the drum then its not the wire. Then stop the copier when the paper gets to the fuser and see if that is where its coming from. Let us know.

                          Also, you did say you replaced the charge wire, right?
