    Fax Forwarding

I have set up several Panasonics for Fax Forwarding in the past year or so. I have one DP-8025 that has got me stumped. It has been fax forwarding for about a year. Last month it just quit forwarding. Fax works fine for incoming and out going. Scanned a document to the email where the faxes are forwarded to and that works as well. In fax mode it indicates memory at 29%. Its kind of locked up. I turned off forwarding temporarily so they will get faxes. Just wondering if anyone has run into this before?

FYI- A little over a month ago, I had the same problem. I printed out the faxes at that time and all was well until now. Just forgot exactly how I printed them out, but I will figure that out this morning.

    Re: Fax Forwarding

I would do an all job clear in F9 to get rid of the junk in the memory and see what happens. I'd bet that will get it working. I've had the all job clear fix a lot of squirrelly issues.

Not sure how you would get them to print out if they're stuck in there though but that would be good to know when you figure it out again. Good Luck!
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
    O.o

      Re: Fax Forwarding

Well I got it to print out what was in memory. Once it started printing, it also forwarded the faxes.

Here is how I got it to print them out: Select Fax/Email>Mode Setting (top right side of screen)>Edit File Mode>Print File
There were some pauses while it did it, so just sit back until its done.

The next time it happens, and I'm sure it will, I will pay more attention to the first one that is in the list and the first one that prints out. Then make a note of who sent it and what size it is. Then the next time it happens, see if its from the same sender as well as what size it is. This may be the issue, not sure.
