    dp c322 e1-31

    I have a customer who has a workio dp c322 and has been experiencing sporadic e1-31 codes. From my research I uderstand it could be as simple as a dirty contact on the exposure lamp or possibly as expensive as a scanner board. Any suggestions besides checking the exposure lamp?
