Did you check you toner feed drive coupling on dev unit? (clean and not binding on toner catch piece)

Yes,everything is check ,even the entire developer is cleaned from harden toner.
The developer & drum unit is cleaned and reassembled again, yet still nothing.
Only U13. The machine is turning the toner for some time and then show's U13.

      Help.

can you see if the machine is actually adding toner to dev unit? did you replace dev? What is your f6-21 value? (normaly around -15 to -24). On one of our 1820 (same as 8016-8020) I had to do a shippment set. But on a couple others the main board had to be replaced.

You could potentially have a bad toner density sensor in the developer unit. If you have another process unit you can borrow from another machine, you could try switching them out and see if the message goes away.

If not, I'd be inclined to think you have a board problem. I had a couple of 2310s that had a similar issue and the main board was the problem. Never had the issue on an 8016 though. Good luck.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
          O.o

This is what onetek was referring to. Also, is it new developer? On this machine, when you replace the developer, you need to remove the toner bottle prior to running F8-09. When you vacuum out the dev unit make sure no toner is in the auger unit that supplies toner to the developer Then run F8-09. You may already know this, but just in case.
