The C series machines are great. The maintenance on them is minimal. I've done a few Major PM's on the C322 and C216 machines. We just put a C305 out in the field that did 28k copies in its first month with no problems at all. I love the Cseries machines. The only problem with them is the earlier model machines had bad positioning on the fuser belt wires and when put back into the machine after doing the Major PM's it would throw an E4-01 at you because of the pinching of the wires. But Panasoinc sent out new MPM kits that relocate the wires so they don't pinch and short out power to the fuser anymore. That was the only con I've ran across with this model machine. Besides that they're fantastic.

thanks bro, i'm in phoenix so were az brothers right on...
They are good. Make sure the firmware is up-to-date, as the older firmware have pre-mature warning for STR replacement.
The latest one on the market is DP-C265/305/405. Again, make sure they have the latest firmware to have the maximum yield for the drum. The drum can last longer than they should.
The first two generation is ok, because the scanner comes in seperate box. the new model DP-C265/305/405's scanner came attached to the printer. That make is about 170 or 180kg. If you have to install it onsite. I would highly recommand you to take the scanner apart first, then put it back after you put the print on a console or stand.

I used to work on them, set them up and install. Very easy to setup and install they are a little heavy but that tells me their built well. I've put a least a dozen of these it the field with hardly a problem. Even between PM's they keep going and going and going. Best bang for the buck.
They print ok slow on color and very very expensive on parts. These copiers were made by Xerox. CCD's are a common problem with them meaning they work fine but you never know when they're going to go bad, last time I saw the price they were about $1000 to $1300 to replace. Stay away from the early Panasonic color copiers. They put out a good quality image but are just to expensive to work on.
These machines are great! as well as the 354 line. However, on the newest model of the color series, ,the 405 line, they seem to be having many issues right out of the box or shortly after the customer gets the machine I.E. boards needing to be replaced, Hard drives going bad, sensors not seated properly etc.. Most of which take multiple visits to correctly troubleshoot.
Other than that if the machine works great the first month at a customer's office with no problems, there are rarely any service calls on the machine afterwards.
