Good morning all, been battling this machine for weeks now. I have come to ask for some backup! ha, The machine is a Panasonic Workio DP-3030 with 260,441 copies (total) on it. I have rebuilt the whole fusing unit, bearings, bushings, rollers, exit guide unit. I even swapped out the paper. Lowered the fuser temp -2 as well.
I cannot get the machine to behave at all, copy quality is perfect (finally) and now this. It comes out of the fuser wavy, like it has a flat spot in the pressure roller but I have swapped that as well. I can't figure it out. It will work fine when I arrive on call and run 500-1000 copies through it but the few hours after I leave or next day it will start curling/waving the paper.
Anyone have any ideas? I am getting call backs on this machine almost every day for this :{
