DP-8035 not fusing in center of page

Have a DP-8035 out in the field that we started having problems with recently. The machine was jamming in the fuser unit, and "toner" was wiping off of the page. Upon further inspection, the pressure roller had been torn apart by the fuser fingers, and the developer needed to be changed (that was the "toner" on the page). We ended up replacing the entire fuser and developer. However when the machine was turned back on, the toner on the center of the page is able to be wiped off with little to no effort. The toner near the edges of the page, however, is fused properly and does not come off. Decided to come back to the office to try to figure this out, and just got another call from them saying the paper is jamming in the fuser again. Anyone have any ideas on what may be happening in this machine? I don't know where to go from here. Thanks in advance!

You have to engage the pressure between the 2 rollers you dont have to take the fuser out, just under the green turn handle you will see a slotted screw turn this screw until you here a clonk, this will fix your problem
