    DP-3530 - Document skew

I am having a issue with a DP-3530, the machine will cut off some of the image, printed or copied.

I have replaced the ADU clutch and LSU. I have attached a pdf with the examples. Its always 1st copy out of 5 is fine, 2 & 3 get skewed and 4&5 are ok.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

This seems to be the registration clutch. spray or apply some alcohol on the clutch and run about 15 prints and if it improves, then replace that clutch.

In future indicate the paper feed direction in your samples. Pull out the duplex unit and inspect it. usually the plastics in there get broken in diffrent places. also good idea to disassemble, clean the rollers and lube the bushings. replace parts as needed. we use to rebulid those unit when refurbshing the machine to send them back out in the field.

i think the clutch you replace might be the registation clutch. DZGA000035

Hey, thanks for the insight, its happens from either tray. I will look for the clutch and replace it. I have replaced the Registration clutch #L9EAAK000008 (2602 in parts manual) I will swap out the other clutches in the ADU and see if that helps.

Also I have taken the ADU apart and cleaned it and found a wavy, perhaps Lays potato chip deep inside blocking on roller lol.

I will check back on Monday when I get out there to install/troubleshoot the issue some more.

Thank you again onetek & subaro
