cant print through Computer DP-C265

Hi
I have panasonic DP-C265 Copier i cant print through computer i have installed all the drivers it dosnt even print a test page when i send print to copier copier starts for 10 to 15 second but dosnt print and when i check print history it says Code Unmatch

Do you ave department codes turned on for printer? if so, input your code in the drivers properties, job type.

What drivers are you using?
PCL and PS are options on most DP-C models.

Is this machine in your shop or customer site, and where are the print jobs been sent from, server or standalone computer ?. take your laptop and crossover and in stall the drivers and see what happens. You have said very little what you have tried or attempted. can you ping the machine ?. If you are asking for solutions, you have to provide as much info as you have done.
If you have corrupted drivers, you will have to get a program to clean the registry of bad entries. seen this many times and have rectified this by uninstalling the driver and reinstalling by a utility i use and it produces results.
If you provide all what you have done Mojorolla will solve this for you, he is the panasonic guru as i see from all his panasonic replies.

As said before, remove your drivers (go to printers, server properties, remove drivers from there too). Then go here Download - WORKiO DP-C405, C305, C265 | Digital Imaging System | Office Products | Business & Professional | Support | Panasonic Global and download PCL driver (standard for DP-C265, PS is option).

Ps: on the copier, make sure F5-42 is set to "no" to do your tests.

here is the result

I have 3 computers i tried on all of them

In New PC
i installed the PCL driver from panasonic web site i chose the USB Drivers after successfully installing the drivers it communicate with the printer when i send Test Page to printer it starts and it just stuck at processing and when i send the test page again it stuck at spooling and Pint Data Green light just Flash

here is the second Computer

Printer is connected through Router with RJ45 cable i set the IP address Subnet Mask and Default gateway according to the instructions and when i ping that IP it Reply the connectivity is good

I installed PCL Driver this time i choose Network Driver and i installed the network drivers successfully and when i sent the test page or other file to print it says Dept. Code Unmatch

Third PC

I tried on a network computer
I installed PS Drivers by selecting Add Printer. Drivers Installed successfully when i ping it shows connectivity when i send a test page printer starts and then the status is same. Dept. Code Unmatch

the first pc in earlier post is connected via USB Cable direct in to the PC

all these computers they never had any Panasonic drivers before

any idea about this problem
