[Jamming] Panasonic Workio 2330

This copier is being very difficult... (one thing after another) The paper is jamming as if the copier doesn't know the paper size. The paper size settings are all set to Ledger and I can't seem to change it. I have tried to run ledger paper (and every other size) through it and keeps jamming.
It jams just after the paper passes through the exit rollers. The copier is currently trying to print a fax and I can't delete the job. (And it keeps trying to print it) ugh... Tried to sell customer another copier but customer wants this fixed.... Any help will be so appreciated...

Try with correct size (letter) paper in the bypass. Then, disconnect from network and fax, reboot and get into service mode F9, ram initialize, all job clear. In F5 mode, you can change paper sizes, then reboot. With correct size paper, if its still jamming, get into service mode F8-06 and check for jam codes.

I've got the paper trays set correctly and the copier still Jams... The codes are J-33 and J-43... The J43 are showing up consistently right now.

J43 would indicate something wrong with your fuser exit sensor, or its actuating arm in the fuser jam removal door.I would take out the fuser unit, inspect it good,including the paper exit unit on top of the fuser. Then, you could switch your sensors around,one at a time and see if your jam code is changing.(if you have the service manual, check them in F4 mode).
