DP8016P panasonic all in one
when i press any keys it active printer Light or photocopier Light unless there is no photocopy service.when the light on photocopy is active and press the green copy button displays"printer online". In general all buttons are directed to active printer or photocopier please help me as soon thanks in advance

baring any electrical problem, when encounting weir problems, the first thing should be done is a firmware upgrade, unless someone changed the password, the default is "0000" . you'll also needed the network upgrade tool and the firmware from Panasonic's service site.
