Re: weird problem with PRO 1356EX
Thanks brother. I see sc history and only shows 585 which means double feed detection problem, I disable double feed to make these codes to go away but I didn't have to much time to see machine running, next Monday I will see and maybe had some light on it.Comment

Re: weird problem with PRO 1356EX
1st Is it when you copy, print or both?
2nd Are you using a Ricoh RIP or Fiery to print?
I think you have an issue with your HDD, try formatting them first, better off replacing them though and see how you goComment

Re: weird problem with PRO 1356EX
It looks like corrupted image data. Try clearing the IMH memory, SP 5801-004. You may also want to reformat the IMH portion of the HDD, SP 5832-002, replace the HDD if necessary. Could also be memory devices on the controller.Comment

Re: weird problem with PRO 1356EX
I don't use fiery on these machines, driver is pcl6.
I already tried to format HDD, but I didn't change yet. Next thing I will do.Comment

Re: weird problem with PRO 1356EX
Do ever get half pages looking like that?
There is cases where EMI can cause something looking like that.
From fault lights, welders and RF stuff.
Check the repeating pattern on the page. With the feed speed you can get to the frequency.WhateverComment
