    RICOH MP 4500 light copies

Hi friends! one of RICOH MP 4500 copier I'm servicing having an issue like this.Printouts & counter copies are very good. but photo copies & scanned images are very light. I have done drum, developer replacements, lazer beam adjustments..etc. no improvement.Adjusting to darkest position can get acceptable photocopy.any idea please!

What does the image on the drum look like? Also if you open the left door and cheat the switch you can watch the patch roll around on the drum. Is it full density or poor fill? If the patch looks good the then you have a transfer prob, might need belt/blade

You should try tweaking the scanner manual gamma adjustments.
