i have ricoh 1045
it tells me error code sc395 and gives me white paper
i didnt know what to do
please tell me where is the error and how to mend it ?
and it some times gives me sc 402

Symptom:

Development output abnormal
A development bias leak signal is
detected. High voltage output to the
development unit exceeded the upper

limit (65%) for 60 ms.

Possible cause

High voltage supply board defective

Poor connection at the development
bias terminal

Poor connection at the high voltage

The bias terminal spring on the machine is probably bent. Recheck the bias terminal spring and make sure it contacts the dv unit tab. You'll see what I'm talking about.

I've seen this quite a bit and it's an easy fix. This should fix the problem.
