SPC 305 Add toner cyan

My spc 305 spf prompt with add toner cyan oftenly while copy or print. Even we replace with new toner cartridge many times. After removing cyan toner and re inserting back machine works normal.Replaced BRB board and updated firmware also. Problem remains same.

Have you opened the front while feeding toner? I have once had a bad toner motor - otherwise RTB on toner feed coil and.

If this is MP C305 I always change toner motor and hopper in pair - would hate to take it apart two times...
