Counter Page including "FAX PRINT" for MPC Model.

Dear All,

Good Day, we have a problem with a used MPC with Fax feature in the customer place. they use this MPC for almost a year. this MPC counter is original not reset to "0". recently, customer said that the B/W Meter we charge is not correct. Customer just add "total Copy B/W" with the " Total Print B/W" which show in the counter page. the difference should be the fax print counter, but how to set it to be show in the counter page.
