Ricoh FAX 3320L Replace toner(toner replaced)

I have a Ricoh Fax 3320L that keeps throwing message "Replace Toner" even though toner was replaced. I tried cleaning out the toner from inside. I dont see any contacts on the toner so I dont even know how the toner is recognized or how the toner level is measured.

Is it time for a new drum?

New drum fixed it.
