    Serious problems with MP 2501

    Good morning.
I have serious problems fixing a Ricoh mp2501.
This machine got broken (for the second time in 14k prints!) the black plastic frame containing the main gear train.
After replacing that, machine starts normally, but if i close the right door, sc144, sc992 (sc620-1 engine) and "set photoconductor properly " occurs.
Could it be something placed wrong? Bicu and power pack replaced already..
    Many thanks in advance!

I would check that the charge, bias and transfer cables were connected to the right terminals for starters and that all other connectors are in the correct sockets on the bicu and that they are seated correctly.

I'm thinking the same thing. Check all wire harnesses and connections, you can use the point to point manual if needed. I would also look for ground connections and possible shorts.

          Ok.
Problem Solved connecting cables to right connectors.
The frame of the main gears failed twice in 14000 prints because the main chassis (the plastic frame of the machine) it's broken. Basically , the gears don't fit right and their housing end up breaking very soon.
Thank you all for your help!

Hello. Please help. I have this exact Sc144, sc992, set photo conductor properly fault. What exactly fixed it? Not entirely sure I understand the end message.

Well it can't be that for me. The boards have never been removed before
