on the side of the pcu there is a small gadget with a sector gear that you can set back to clear the message.

this would be incredibly easy to say sorry needs part 'x' and part 'x' not available as this machine was obsolete 10years ago.........but i have a proposal!!!!! if they have a 9920 then a new 4510SPF may be almost overselling

Maybe I'm thinking of another model, but if the machine has a right side cover, open it and make sure the pcu shutter is fully closed (they get stuck in the open position), then try to get it out.
