    [Misc] Ricoh SPC430DN reset counter

    Can anyone tell me where in the service program is the reset for the print counter?

      Guess not because there is no SP to reset the total counter.

          The only way that I know of to reset the counters is to replace the NVRam. You will also loose all machine settings. If on the other hand you are wanting to reset individual user counts, that is a WIM or user tools operation.
