aficio mp 2851 trying to set up different accounts for each user I have spent a whole day trying to figure this out.

I figured out how to turn it on but I am having trouble assigning numbers .m I tried in the address book but cant figure it out

In the address book management make a new program (user/dept) then go the auth info and assign a usercode.

...and then select which "available functions" are allowed to each user (copy/print/scan/etc).

Assuming you're doing this via the WIM ??
It's much easier to navigate imo
