Hey, Y'all,
I was dreading this would happen sooner or later.
Ricoh stopped posting XP drivers back in April, and I have no "inside source" to get them.
We have a customer who just bought an MP C6003 from us, but the genius sales rep just assumed that we could install the TWAIN driver on their existing DocSend scanning PC.
Of course, the DocSend is XP based, and can't be upgraded.
Of course, the customer is now cheesed off, and ready to stop buying from us.
My preaching about the evils of XP on the network since its demise obviously fell on deaf ears.
I don't think that Win7 or Vista drivers will work, nor will any generic TWAIN. I downloaded the Win7 32 bit driver, and dissected the .dll files. No references to XP in them.
The C6003 is old enough that XP drivers for it would exist.
As much as I hate to ask, may I please get a copy of the XP 32 bit TWAIN driver, iff'n anyone still has a copy?
Many thanks!
