Aficio MP 301spf with SC672 after jam

Customer says had jam and after removing had sc672 error. Appears to be controller connect related error. Is there anything customer could have done while removing jam or just coincidental? What would most likely cause? Your help is appreciated very much. I saw various causes on previous posts such as power supply, connection from controller to op board etc but wanted to know most likely cause from someone with more experience on this model.
Have primarily had photoconductor and issues on this model. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

SC672 on these things is usually sorted by updating the firmware to the latest and greatest. The SRAM message means the machine has been switched off quite hard, e.g. plug pulled out. Firmware should sort all your issues.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.
