Here is the issue every time we make copy of one single original machine shows memory is full, Machine scans to email, also used The document server and machine takes originals with no hesitation, also machine prints at his normal speed. Replaced the hard drive also updated firmware and checked ram and issue still persist. Could this be a controller issue? Hope someone could chime in your help is appreciated.
