[Jamming] jam 08 on duplex a4 but no problem with a4r

Dear all,

Hoping my luck maybe someone already encounter this problem. With DF3070 on mp4002sp.
I am having problem with 2sided copy on A4 portrait it stops on reverse roller but when i use A4 landscape there is no problem,
already clean and check all sensor but no luck. Hope someone can help me on this, it will be very much appreciated.

Original Jam Code 08 is the original exit sensor. Portrait and landscape have to do with the way the image is on the paper, not the way the paper moves through the machine. To avoid confusion please use SEF, short edge feed, and LEF, long edge feed, when specifying how paper is fed. You can feed an A4 portrait picture into the document feed in either the SEF or LEF.
