Hi all
I have a strange problem with an MPC5503. When copying or printing the copy quality is there. When i run a calibration the black is washed out. The machine has had new dev and pcu plus a transfer unit and firmware. The Vref etc is as it should be and the machine passes all process control checks plus no errors in the logs. Any ideas?
