    you need to load language with appropriate firmware.
    Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

      If you select USER TOOLS and then check the top right buttons - there should be one to switch it back to English. Even if the language is different there is an icon on the button that looks like 2 buttons that swirl around pointing at each other.
      Press the GREEN button!!

        If there is only one language installed or there are two bt the language you want is not one of them, you need to download the Language firmware and do a firmware update. When updating the language firmware you have to select the 2 languages you wish to install.
