    Problems after installing PS option

I have a customer who has just purchased and installed the PostScript option for their MPC6003, now they have image quality problems when printing PS (using the PS driver or printing the PS font list from the internal memory).
The firmware is up to date, and the PS card is M3, which, according to the manual, is the correct card for this model.

See scans of the prints that were done using the driver and internal memory, also the config page and diagnostic sheet

My PSG lists the MP C6003 using an M4 postscript. M3 is for the MP C3003, MP C3503 MP C2003 MP C2503 only.

Interesting, I looked at the PS installation in the manual and it listed M3 or M4 as correct, I'll look further into that, thanks

I've just checked again and it looks like you're right, thank you so much, I knew I could rely on CTN to provide the answer

Yep, definitely some good answers to be found on CTN!

Also, I would think that the wrong PS option would just plain not work, and not give wonky output...good to know!
