User authentication Issue MP 2851.

hello guys and girls (Debby's).I'm setting up windows user authentication in a client that has 8 MP 2851 installled, Every machines is work pretty good except one, same model, same configuration, even default data at service mode are the same, but this bitch won't show login page at Copy window or document server or printer, only asking to login in scanner, i'm doing exactly the same that I do with all others, update firmware and nothing seems to able login screen at copy window.

I solved the problem, when I compared the options in service mode, I used non default data from both machines, but these machines are refurbished and somebody enter in service factory mode and change user authentication options to 1 instead 0, this change was made in service factory mode and became default for machine, when I print non default data, machine think this was default and don't print it . I enter in factory mode change to 0 user authentication and, voila, everything works fine. The costumer ask to change the machine. I told him if I'm not able to solve this I will change first thing in the morning. My boss sends congrats to me by email. Saved some money for him.
