Hi Guys,
I think i have encounter a unique problem in my life regarding this MP6500.
This MP6500 was original a basic unit whith no Print & Scan features. Since my customer want a MP6500 with Print & Scan, we get from third party and install all the sd cards & ram.
What i have noticed is when i'm tried to configure a scanner the option in address book for FOLDER, EMAIL & FAX are not showing. The sd card & ram have no problems. I can configure the printing option but not the scanner.
I already did these :
1. Install & Uninstall the SD Card & RAM
2. Reset the Scanner in Service Mode
3. Enable & Disable the SMB option
4. Enable & Disable Network & USB in Service Mode
5. Format the HDD
BUT nothing is working. The FOLDER,EMAIL & FAX tab in Address Book still not showing. From webImage also not showing.
I have scratch my head and really need help from you guys.
