Ricoh MP C305spf - Dirty background - belt

    Hello.
I have problems with Ricoh MP C305 machine which making a dirty black background at the 1/4 from bottom A4, so around 21cm from the top.
When i print for example SMC reports there are some pages with dirt and some without. This dirt looks like "fog" and is whole page width but thick are not the same from 1 cm to 4-5 cm.

I swaped Transfer Belt, Transfer roller, PCDU BK and there is no change. PCDU BK has 26% yield every part separately.

    Any ideas?

I've changed pressure roller and added a lot of grease on bushings. After that prints are clean and it sound way better, but whole fusing needs to be changed soon.

I had pressure roller form old Fusing Unit from this client, so it's cheaper .
I will change whole unit when it comes to 100% page yield.
Was there today to see if prints are clean and it's all ok.

Unfortunately after some copies fusing sections starts to make horrible noises.
I've changed whole fusing unit and now the copies are ok and machine is quiet after couple of thousands copies...
