Fax and scan logging data

Hello everyone. I think this is not a complicated one but I cant find a way to clear the fax and scan result log from previous customers when I reinstall the copier somewhere else. The one I'm working on now is a MP C2550 and the customer would like the log cleared before they start to use it. Thank you for any help on this.

Things to try:

1. Reformat the HDD
2. System/Copy SP 5801-007 and 009 to initialize the FAX and Scanner functions
3. FAX SP 5101 Initialize SRAM, you can also remove the jumper on the SRAM board and let it set with power off for a day.
4. FAX SP 5102 Erase all files
