[Misc] dirty images on ricoh mp3500 (black stripe vertical bar)

Hi, all.
I am having a problem with the printed images on my mp3500. The images appear to be dusty grey background and sometime with black bars vertically.
Any suggestion for solution? Thanks btw.

how many copies on it? when was last pm? the vertical bars could be a charging issue

actually i just replace the drum and developer. the best solution is to clean the charge roller in the pcu? any other parts needed to be cleaned?

another dirty image i am having is the dusty grey on the background? how should I clean it?

i already run on many many copies. but the dirty background still there.

You might want to confirm the developer and toner you are using first.
MP3500 do not use same toner and developer as 3035/3045 or 2035/2045. They use the same Drum/Cleaning Blade/Charge Roller.
