    Not going in service mode of printer in Ricoh copier

    Hi there I got Lanier mpc 5000 when I go to service mode and then I go to the printer it goes to printer option and shows this image below how to fix this problem ?

      You have not said what the model is. My first guess would be something firmware. Download all firmware module and reload everything. Use modules and not package. Select everything even if it is already up to date as your needing to replace an unknown corrupted module. Also, do not install Smart Operation Panel firmware on a machine with a Normal panel, and visa versa.

          Isn't the MPC 5000 the same as the LD550c?
          That's as far as I'm going, though. I can't remember ever seeing "Setting change..." on the print screen.
