We have an Aficio 2075 with a SC 817, i fixed the problem with the Ricoh BOOT SD CARD....and now the strange thing.......the machine was "Ready" and the customer prints four or five books (1000 pages), everything ok!.......then i had to reassemble the controller and close the machine, i TURNED OFF the machine....after everything was reassembled....i TURN IT ON again...............SC 817 AGAIN!........so i did the entire procedure again (Boot Sd Card, Firmware update...machine Ready).......but if i turn the machine off for more than 3 minutes the SC 817 is back, if i let it turned on the machine works without problems......Any ideas?....some backup battery o else?....changed NVRAM but the problem is the same
