Hi, Everyone. We are getting ready to fit a EF3020 envelope feeder into a C5502. I cannot find the tray capacity specs anywhere. Does anyone know what it is?

The product support guide (D143/D144) shows capacity based on standard paper 80g / 20lb only.
I don't think you will find much else due to varying thickness of envelopes

If it is anything like the envelope feeders I've seen on older machines, I'd guestimate that around 50 standard #10 envelopes will fit in it.
That is not based on any machine data released by Ricoh, I couldn't find any either. But I have seen a lot of envelope printing on Risographs, so I can make a guestimation of how many #10 envelopes can reasonably be expected to fit into a given space. And the Ricoh envelope feeders that can handle a ream of plain paper that I've seen look like they have around a 50 envelope capacity to me.Comment
