MPC 4503 Noise from transfer lift up SC442

Hi,got this metis giving me grief with noise & SC442.
Noise coming from ITB unit when lift motor turns, tried new transfer unit complete, new lift motor assembly(part of magenta toner hopper),the belt turns & runs smoothly, only when the belt goes to contact the pcu's noise & SC 442 occur.I've ordered the image IOB pcb as I think the motor is staying on constantly, the lift sensor is working fine in input mode as well-anybody seen this, got any ideas-new machine with 5K clicks

Turned out to be blocked colour pcu,(waste toner failure) ,ran each colour drum in output mode to find faulty pcu, seen this a couple of times now, usually due to a missing waste toner bottle actuator,I check every call now!
