    Rixoh mp2501

I have problems in 2 of these machines. Both are about 2 to3 years old.
The first one, paper jams at fusing are often. PAper stops at upper picker fingers. Machine has only 7k copies.
At the second copier at 70 copies i replaced drum , blade developer and also hot roller and uppper picker fingers because i had paper jams at fusing unit. Now it has 77k copies . Paper jams at fusing are often and the image at the upper side of copy is light.
    Any idea?

Is there any chance you could share pictures of the prints that jam?
For all the world that sounds like people that use those machines are trying to make full coverage prints that don't have a sufficient leading edge deletion. But without seeing what is actually going on there's no way to tell for sure.

I agree with this. The default lead edge void is fine for copying/printing normal text. However, if there is graphic/border that covers most of the width on one edge, you may to increase the edge void to prevent jamming. when duplexing you may have to increase the trail edge. I had one instance where I had to have the customer change the orientation of the paper in the tray to prevent jamming.

          One of three things:
          1. Dirty mirrors/white reference plate in scanner
          2. Uneven distribution of developer
          3. Dirty laser shield glass

              Hi there!
Try another OEM-drum! Had last week 2 drums, the 1st one get "bubbles" at the side after 200 prints, the other was only producing light copies/prints out of box. I hope that the new ones run longer!!!!
              Greetings...

The first drum i used was compatible and i changed it to see if that was the problem , with an OEM one. Both had lihgt image at the upper side of the copy.

It could be that you contaminated the charge roller with something when you changed the drum blade.
