i just set this up on a c3003, firmware has to be up to date, in WIM, make sure airprint is on, then create a device certificate. there are instructions on the Ricoh website for step by step.
I cant find my print out right now, but that's all I had to do. the f/w on mine was up to date, the air print and bon jour were already enabled, just had to create device certificate, and they were able to print right away.
I cannot get it to show in the Ricoh print and scan app even though it's listed as one of the models which supports the app?? I've connected it to my wireless router following the set up wizard but can't see it as s connected device on my router or connect to it from my laptop either?? I must be missing something??
Ok I've sorted this now by searching via the IP Address through the app and that way the app finds the machine and it prints and scans from me. Wouldn't connect using Bonjour though.
