Ricoh Print&Scan Apps

Hi,

I can print B&W photo/doc from my Iphone using Ricoh Print&Scan Apps directly to Ricoh MPC2500.

But I cannot print in colour.

My office's Ricoh MPC2500 has colour printing restriction, where you need to key in the password for colour printing.

I try putting in password in the Apps, but the Ricoh MPC 2500 still refused to print in colour.

Where do i set wrong?

Hi guys.. i also having the same problem like richard..one more thing is i cannot use the scan function. can someone explain on how to use the scan function??
