    IS300e scanner software

    Hi

    I know this machine is ancient. I have a customer with 2 on the same network. When installing the twain driver the scanning software gets confused to which one to use.
    I remember some tool/application that came with the scanners which enable you to which scanner the PC must use. I can not seem to find it anywhere on the net. The twain driver i got.

    Any ideas where i can get hold of this tool/app.

    Obviously the customer has chucked away the disc that came with the machine.

      The only thing that I know of is a network connection tool that installs with the TWAIN driver for some models.

          Thats the one i was looking for. But i have installed all the drivers available on My-Ricoh.com and not one of them contains the tool. Only Help Files.
