Default administrator should be Name: admin with no password.
If that does not work try Name: supervisor with no password. The only think supervisor can do is to change admin credentials.
If both admin and supervisor passwords have been changed, there are numerous threads on how to change them back.

I've seen a few of the defaults changed, i've seen :
(try upper and lower case)
User: Ricoh
Pass: admin

User: admin
Pass: Ricoh

User: Ricoh
Pass: Business name

I believe on those older boxes the defaults were:
U/N: administrator
P/W: password

....But slims 'supervisor' suggestion should get you in

Might be. There were also some boxes that used U/N admin with password as either Ricoh or Savin. We had a tech once who liked to set the password as the model of the box.
