MPC300 with error SC360

Hi,

Placed this machine a month ago, now it gives an SC360 error
after after every printjob.
The prints are becoming gray, no black prints !!

Changed the toner, checked the PCU's if there were bad connections, no result !

anyone a clue here?
Not much experience on this one

SC 360 is TD sensor error (black)
