Please send me the process to clear my probem

Problem is : when i gave printing the data in button is blinking but printing was not done. So please send me the process to clear this problem in Ricoh Aficio MP C2030

On the left side panel is a red switch, turn this switch off.

Sounds like there is User Authentication set on the MP C2030 and the computer does not have the correct authentication information.

Can you tell the Driver Version and Type?

Use the RPCS driver, pcl is an option on 2030 ... I think ... ERM ... Pretty sure ...
