Hello guys.costumer it guy mess around with site certificate check option in configuration menu.after that any browser or PC login at Web page. Browser just say there is a problem with certificate and don't show Web page.try to disable check certificate option in Internet Explorer and get a error, browser can't find that page.try to flush access control, nothing changed.try to load a nvram from another machine, and still the problem, I don't know what else to do. Machine print, scan and copy fine.

I'm not sure but... Check the protocol information "set ssl" and try to disable if it active "set ssl (up|down)" by telnetComment

i was reading this part of manual, some models like MP c2050 has a option in telnet 802.1x, there I can disable ssl, in this model machine doesn't have this option. but I will try set ssl Down and see what happens.Comment

I found recommendation from Ricoh.
"For Chrome to bypass this screen, False Start must be disabled by using the "--disable-ssl-false-start" flag when the browser is started. The drawback of doing this is that it will disable False Start for all sites."

Have you tried a different browser. Generally, there is a link on the certificate error page to bypass the warning. It may say something like "more options" or something innocuous like that.Comment

Does the PC have the correct date and time (change bios battery)? If not, the security certificates will be outside their date range and will not work with SSL.
Check the firewall has the copier in the correct subnet range else the WIM will hangon a totally blank screen.

Why was the customer IT person messing with the site certificate check option? More specifically did he/she create a site certificate? Try SP 5801-010 Web Service/Network Application and SP 5801-011 NCS. This should clear what ever the IT person did and allow access to WIM. You will have to reenter the network settings.Comment

I had this type of problem back in July, The ssl dh key would only support 512. Ricoh came out with ncs firmware to support 1024 and 2048. I was able to web in using safari b4 I updated the ncs but no other browsers would work. After the ncs up date I was able to web-in with all browsers. As of today this unit does not have the new 1024\2048 ncs firmware release.

Hello guys, today I solve this problem, I installed opera browser and this browser allow me to bypass the key problem, I log in into web and delete the created certificate, and back on business again, thanks for all you guys for make me understand about this error.Comment
